- Orders
can be made via email, phone, fax and mail. Price lists are available
upon request.

All life stages are available at anytime.
If higher quantities are needed, we will require advanced notice.

There is a minimum charge of $25.00.
Prices are reduced with increasing volume for each insect.

We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight and
UPS Next Day. There is no packaging charge and you are only charged for
the cost of the shipment.

We request that all shipping boxes be
returned by the cheapest method, otherwise a charge will be added to the
final invoice.

Payments are based on company purchase
orders or verbal or written requests. We do not accept credit cards
at this time.

We ship to oversea destinations if provided
with the proper permits.

| Care is taken in the packing and
shipping of all orders. |
The order will be shipped with a warm water bottle in cold weather or with
an ice pack in warm weather.
